An ultra-wide prime designed for Hasselblad X-mount medium format mirrorless cameras, the 16mm f/2.8 ASPH. Lens from NiSi pairs an expansive field of view with a bright f/2.8 maximum aperture for capturing landscapes, architecture, indoor scenes, and night skies while keeping your ISO value down. This lens provides a full-frame equivalent focal length of 12.6mm and allows you to focus on subjects as close as 9.8" away. Additionally, the 16mm f/2.8 ASPH.'s manual focus design allows precise control over your focus position.

Optical Design
Three aspherical elements reduce distortion and spherical aberrations in order to achieve high sharpness and accurate rendering. Four ultra-low dispersion elements control color fringing and chromatic aberrations for accurate colors and high clarity.
Antireflective coating minimizes lens flare and ghosting for improved contrast when working in strong lighting conditions. Hard surface coating protects the front element from markings and also adds a water-resistant finish.

Distinct 8-blade aperture design promotes making 8-point sun stars from specular highlights throughout the aperture range. 16 elements in 12 groups help produce exceptional image quality.
